Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective shipping mailer to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
