What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by improper care, accidental breakage, or natural wear and tear.
